JudisLocker
JudisLocker - An Online Portal to provide digitally certified copies of judgments and orders.
An online system (both online and app-based) of hosting and providing access to digitally certified copies of documents can be created to provide verified and registered advocates, access to downloading digitally certified copies of the judgments and orders, where they have filed their vakalatnama(s).
This technology is already available with the National Informatics Centre (NIC) and it has been successfully implemented across India. It will be on similar lines of the DigiLocker. It can be scaled up and provide a similar system of digitally authenticated legal and vital documents such as judgments and orders. The system 'JudisLocker' can host different hon'ble courts at National, State and District levels. They can join as the "providers" of digitally certified copies of judgments and orders.
The verified and authenticated advocates as the receivers of those certified copies. Once this is operationalised, it would be revolutionary in providing faster and speedy access to justice in as much as filing various appeals. It will reduce time-cost and it would also be environment friendly initiative.
