Fees Policy

Client Meetings/conferences and consultancy are chargeable.

All fees as mutually decided shall be paid on timely schedule, any late fees may incur additional costs. 

The work shall begin after payment of the Advance fees.

Please note we have strict policy regarding fees. 

We don't engage in any unethical practice such as charging fees contingent upon case success. Please refrain from suggesting or requesting the same. 

In case of unpaid fees, the Advocate is at liberty to initiate legal proceedings against the client. 

क्लाइंट मीटिंग/कॉन्फ्रेंस और कंसल्टेंसी चार्जेबल हैं। 

आपसी सहमति से तय की गई सभी फीस समय पर दी जाएगी, देरी से फीस देने पर अतिरिक्त लागत लग सकती है ।

एडवांस फीस का पेमेंट होने के बाद काम शुरू होगा। 

कृपया ध्यान दें कि फीस के संबंध में हमारी सख्त पॉलिसी है। 

हम केस की सफलता पर फीस लेने जैसी कोई भी अनैतिक प्रैक्टिस नहीं करते हैं। कृपया ऐसा सुझाव देने या अनुरोध करने से बचें। 

फीस का पेमेंट न होने पर, वकील क्लाइंट के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई शुरू करने के लिए स्वतंत्र है।
